This page explains what The Heist (“we”), based in Los Angeles, California, does with the information you share when you join the crew on theheist.store.
What we collect
- The email address you enter.
- When you signed up.
- Your approximate country, based on your connection.
This site has no ads, analytics, or tracking cookies. Our host, Cloudflare, processes basic connection data to deliver the site and keep it secure.
How we use it
We use your email to send drop announcements, early access, and other news from The Heist. We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t share it for advertising.
Who else handles it
Only the service providers that store the list and send our emails (currently Cloudflare; later, the platform that runs our store), and anyone the law requires us to share it with.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Your choices
- Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
- To see, correct, or delete what we hold about you, email crew@theheist.store or message @theheist.store on Instagram, and we’ll take care of it.
California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
Kids
The crew list is not meant for anyone under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this page changes, we’ll update the date at the top. Big changes will be announced by email.
